Benefits are available after 30 calendar days of employment.  Please contact Sara Farrell  in the Human Resources Department if you have a qualifying life event such as the birth or adoption of a child, marriage, divorce, or loss of coverage.  You have 30 days from the date of your life event to make changes to your benefit plan.
