With the opening of our new Career Connect Campus on May 22, 2025 we consolidated multiple orientations into one the evening of August 21st.

KVCC Dual Enrollment Orientations (Mandatory)
- Dental Assisting: Monday, August 25 | 6:00–8:00 PM – Location: KVCC Texas Township Campus - Rooms 4370/4380, 6767 West O Avenue, Kalamazoo
- EMT:
Tuesday, August 26 | 6:00–8:00 PM – Location: KVCC Bronson Healthy Living Campus - Room 223, 418 East Walnut Street, Kalamazoo**Important** All EMT students must attend BLS Provider CPR certification training on Tuesday, August 12 from 8am-4pm at KVCC Texas Township - Room 3260
- KVCC Media Arts: Tuesday, August 26 | 4:30–5:30 PM – Location: KVCC Center for New Media - Room 220, 100 East Michigan Avenue, Kalamazoo

Satellite Courses
- Conservation Biology:
Tuesday, August 19, from 5:30–7:00 p.m. at Heronwood Biological Field Station located at 6378 Hart Dr, Kalamazoo, MI 49009
Orientation will take place in the classroom located on the bottom floor of the building.
NOTE: Conservation Biology course will be taught at Kalamazoo Nature Center's satellite property, Heronwood Biological Field Station.

CTE is an award-winning program that offers a wide range of hands-on career preparation programs to high school students. Programs are held in multiple locations: high school buildings, college campuses and business and industry work sites. CTE courses reflect real-world application and maintain the rigorous requirements of the Michigan Merit Curriculum, as well as state, national and industry technical standards.
